Daniel Avidor

Founder, President and CEO

Prior to founding Redmatch, Daniel held the position of General Manager at the Aurora Editorial Group, an international publishing house based in Israel with branches around the world. Daniel has gained extensive experience in international financing, having worked for HSBC, Republic Bank and the Israel Bonds. Daniel holds a BA degree from Tel Aviv University.

Igal Korach

CTO

Igal has 16 years of hands-on software development experience within the Information Technology industry. Prior to becoming CTO, he served as VP of Professional Services at Redmatch. Prior to joining Redmatch he served as a Director of Product Integration at Pivotal Corp., a leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, where he managed teams of engineers that provided consulting services during the analysis and design of Internet-based CRM projects. Igal holds an Associate Degree in Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv University.

Roy Ariely

Chief Financial Officer

Roy is responsible for managing the company`s financial, accounting and operations worldwide. Prior to joining Redmatch, Roy served as CFO at The TED ARISON Family Foundation Ltd., a private company that manages all grants and donations of the affluent Arison Family, both in Israel and in the USA. Roy was responsible for all financial issues of the company and related companies.

Roy holds a BBA in Accounting from the College of Management.

Avi Magid

VP Sales

Avi has over 14 years of experience and a proven track record in building and managing large scale operations. Prior to joining Redmatch, Avi served as Founder & CEO of Unicoders Ltd and a director & board member in several Israeli startups (Ayehu.com, Treezer, SygenFI, Skillogic, NetPos), including hi-level sales positions at NICE and Applied-Materials. As VP of Sales at Redmatch, Avi is responsible for all international sales activities and operation. Avi holds an Associate Degree in Engineering.

Yuval Akav

VP Professional Services

Yuval brings to Redmatch 13 years of hands-on software development experience. He is responsible for the management and delivery of projects from analysis to implementation phase along with overall database administration responsibility. Prior to joining Redmatch, Yuval served as a developer and team leader in various startup companies.

Yuval holds an Associate Degree in Computer Sciences.

Tina Rodriguez

Director Strategic Projects

Tina leads Redmatch's strategic projects mainly in Europe and as Country Manager DACH. For more than 5 years Tina oversaw all the elements of successful client relations, including directing all training and post-sales activities of the company, as well as communications and pre-sale for potential customers. She has over 15 years of experience in international client management, post-sales and software localization. Before joining Redmatch, Tina directed a European team of localization engineers and product managers for Apple Computers; prior to that she was a Senior Post-Sales Manager at Edusoft, managing customer contacts and product versions in more than 25 languages. Tina is fluent in German, Spanish, English and Hebrew, and she holds a BA in Philology from Complutense University in Madrid and an MA in Communications from Freie Universität Berlin.

Sebastian Pederiva

Technology Manager

Sebastian brings over 9 years experience to Redmatch. He provides the necessary technology vision and implementation focus necessary to adapt and support the ongoing business needs. Prior to this role, Sebastian held a variety of leadership positions in the company. His earlier experience includes software development roles at Aurora and at Nabisco International.

Sebastian holds an Associate Degree in Computer Engineering from UTN, Argentina.
