Mofet Department in the IDF gives army service and offers retirement preparation process that includes many aspects such as information in many job related areas and instilling tools to prepare for retirement. Special emphasis is given on the transition from military to civilian career. The department offers a wide range of services, activities, courses and training in order to provide answers to the various needs of the retirees, including referrals to a personal consultation with various professionals such as legal and tax advice and retirement tax advice.
