Templeo.com is a new Internet job portal that was launched yesterday and offers jobs via the Internet. Mario Nissan, the Director of Templeo.com explains how this new site will work. He outlines that the portal is an initiative of "Televisa Intetractive Media". The company's new strategy is to promote vertical portals on various topics and now it includes employment. “The difference with the current online job boards is that in our website instead of performing a job search or candidate search, what we do is to ask candidates to register with us and to enter a professional profile with all their preferences and their preferred location." Automatically, this information is entered into the database and searches for all these job offers ,which are compatible with the candidate's profile and preferences." He adds that this technology has been proven for more than 10 years and in more than 20 countries. It takes candidates approximately 8 minutes of their time to enter their profile, and immediately afterwards the system will provide them with the jobs which fit them best. In case of the companies, the system will provide them with the candidates from the database which match the requirements of their job offers.
Mario Nissan informs that Templeo.com has been launched yesterday evening with 15,000 job ads, and "we made sure to offer jobs from all possible levels and work fields, including lower color jobs as well as High Management and Executive positions." He explains that the registration on the site is very easy, and that candidates only have to go to www.templeo.com to access the described services.
