The Redmatch recruiting system was chosen by Teva to provide a complete solution to manage approximately 6000 resumes on a daily basis.  The Redmatch ATS & recruiting solution was customized to fit Teva’s requirements and to fully support every stage of the hiring process.  In addition, Teva is using the system to manage all their recruiting sources such as: internal mobility hiring by publishing positions only on the employees’ website and referrals by directing applicants to the company career site to recommend a friend using their online profile. The system also reveals the recruiting source of every candidate by their match level to enable recruiters at Teva to prioritize and handle applications received through internal mobility and referrals first.  Teva was also able to save significantly on recruiting agency fees and build a large candidate database.
